Because the Services provide automated lead response, SMS communication and AI voice conversations with inbound leads, interaction data such as conversation transcripts, call logs, response timing and appointment activity may also be stored.
Technical errors or service diagnostics may generate reports that include operating system version, device details, browser details and account email if provided (Diagnostic Information).
Login details may be stored locally through cookies or authentication tokens to allow secure access to dashboards and system tools (Login Information).
Analytics Information
